Message Supposedly fishing line works even better (probably just because you can pull it harder, but could be its structure). Anyway, I didn't even use the hair dryer because my car had been sitting in direct 80 degree sun.

Although, the idea behind floss is to cut batch adhesive, and then you remove the rest with Goo Gone or w/e. I ended up separating the badge from the tape, and just had to pull the strip of tape up after.

3M automotive tape would probably be the best future-proof way to stick it back on, but like I said I'm just using some outdoor double sided tape I have (made by 3M) because if I buy a roll of automotive stuff I'll use 2" of it and never touch it again.
